All products are suitable for Coeliacs and are either:

• Gluten Free by ingredient (no gluten traces)
• Gluten Free manufacturer tested: < 2.5ppm, < 3ppm, < 5ppm, < 20ppm

Due to shared equipment at The GF Lolly Co., all lolly mixes may contain the following allergens (but still remain safe for Coeliacs):

SULPHITES, MILK, WHEAT (GF), PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, CHESTNUTS, DAIRY, SOY

• The WHEAT (GF) refers to some lollies containing Gluten Free Wheat Starch (Gluten Free as confirmed by manufacturer's testing)
• Wheat Glucose (which is always Gluten Free)
• It is recommended to read up on this information by Coeliac Australia

The lollies do not have traces of Gluten, Oats, Rye or Barley.

It is advised that anyone with an allergy to anything other than Gluten should not consume products from The GF Lolly Co. Gluten is the only allergen avoided here.

All products packaged by The GF Lolly Co. will have labelling to declare the above allergen disclaimer.
